Jalapeño Cream Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breasts
So I made this about a month ago but Sean has been begging for it. Seriously people, ya can’t go wrong with this amazing chicken! I hate chicken breasts, but when it comes to this, two whole breasts wasn’t enough for me!!! I’m fat, I know. But it’s sooooooooooo good and rich and cheesey and has the perfect kick!
I decided to try it with a different Kraft fresh take. Guys! This is awesome! It’s so easy and simple! It was 2 for $4 at my local grocery so I went ahead and got four different ones to experiment with!
This time I decided to use the Pepper Jack and Bacon one! Oh it was good! I really don’t know which one I liked better. Last time I used the Southwestern one. They are both good!
I know this is going to be a routine favorite. Sean loves it, I love it, it’s quick, easy, and perfect!
4 Chicken Breasts
1 Pckg of Kraft Fresh Take (I used the Pepper Jack one this time.)
4 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese (softened I got the1/3 less fat and you can’t tell the difference)
4 oz Kraft Shredded Sharp Cheddar
3 Jalapeños
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Dice Jalapeños. If you leave seeds it’ll make it spicer.
Mix jalapeños with cream cheese and shredded cheddar
Butterfly the chicken and stuff with equal portions of jalapeño mixture.
Coat with Kraft Fresh Take
Bake for 20 minutes or until thickest part of chicken is no longer pink
