Alfredo Sauce

1 pint of half and half 
1 stick of butter
3 ounces of  cream cheese
4 cloves of minced garlic 
1/2 package of linguine or fettucini, cooked and drained
Salt 
Pepper 

In a saucepan melt butter and tenderize garlic. 

Add cream cheese and soften. 

Stir in half and half 

Simmer this until all is melted, and mixed well for 15 - 20 minutes over low heat.
Toss pasta lightly with sauce.
