Leftover Crawfish Fettucini Pasta
Well, after Easter we had tons of crawfish left! So I decided to whip up a pasta dish !! I used what was in my house to come up with this!
12 ounces of penne pasta
1 pound of leftover crawfish
1 stick of unsalted butter
4 cloves of garlic diced
2 cups of half and half
1 cup of Parmesan cheese
Cook penne according to package.
In the meantime, melt butter over medium heat. Sautéed garlic. Add crawfish. Summer for 5 minutes.
Add half and half, a dash of pepper, garlic powder, and garlic powder. simmer for 15 minutes.
Stir in Parmesan cheese. Add in penne slowly. You may have to add a few splashes of half and half if to thick or more cheese if it needs to be thicker.
Sprinkle parsley, toss and serve.
