We made this for lunch. Super easy and tasted yummmmmy. Some recipes say not to brown meat, we do just to be safe. and of course, we didn’t do measurements on the seasoning. So sorry, once again!
Crock Pot Lasagna
1 pound of ground meat
1 onion chopped
6 cloves of garlic
1 bottle of Ragu
16 cups of mozzarella/provolone cheese
Brown ground meat. Drain oil. Add onion and 6 cloves garlic. Add seasonings. Salt ,pepper, oregano, basil ,sugar ,thyme ,parsley. Add Ragu.
Now you are ready to layer crock pot
spray crock pot with Pam.
Layer with the meat sauce, uncooked noodles, Parmesan cheeses, and mozzarella and provolone cheese
End with cheese layer on top
Cook on low 4 hours
