I’ve had no time to cook at all!! Between graduating college, starting the masters program, pushing the wedding up 9 months, and working, all I’ve eaten is fast food. It’s sad when Sean texts me begging me to cook instead of get fast food! Hopefully after this mini session for the summer program I’ll have more free time!
Horseradish grilled red fish
2 red fish
3 lemons
4 tablespoons of Horseradish sauce
1/3 cup of mayo
Lemon pepper seasoning
3 tablespoons of butter
3 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons of onion powder and cayenne pepper.
Sean did the fish part. He kept the breasts in shell.
Mix mayo and horseradish sauce together. Refrigerate.
In a small saucepan, melt butter. Sauté garlic. Stir in onion powder and cayenne pepper.
Place red fish on grill safe pan. Squeeze lemon juice over all the red fish breasts. Let sit a minute to soak in. Then pour butter mixture. Let sit for 15 minutes while the grill is heating.
Cook fish for 10 minutes. Grab horseradish mixture, using a brush, brush mixture heavily over fish while grilling. Grill until done.
