I didn’t get a chance to take a photo because they did it so quickly taking it off the pit and diving in. So this is all I got !!! My dad, brother, Sean, drew, and trey dove in like scavengers! They acted like they haven’t eaten in a year!
2 cans of 16 ounce beers (we used Budweiser because it is stronger than bud light, in flavor I mean)
2 whole chickens
Place thawed out chicken ontop of a cracked open can of beer. You don’t pour the beer in, it just evaporates.
BBQ chicken. Ours cooked for about 45 minutes. On very high. My dad likes his skin crispy.
This came out good. It really doesn’t taste like beer, it just moistens the meat. My dad said he had the pit on 600 degrees. Sean acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about, but the pit was cranked up high to make if hot! I should have asked more questions! Sorry!
