Homemade Salsa
8 Roma tomatoes chopped (I did about 4 chopped, 4 puréed)
2 jalepeno peppers chopped (I also used 2 chili peppers but I wish I didn’t because its so spicy now)
1 lime juiced
1 clove of garlic chopped
1/2 onion chopped
1/2 cup of fresh cilantro chopped
Honestly, ours came out soooooo hot. I wish I wouldn’t have used the red chili peppers but I did because Sean’s friend from work grows them and gave us a bagful, so I was trying to use them up. This would have been super good if I wouldn’t have used those peppers.
There really isn’t anything to say, chop the ingredients, combine in bowl. Let it sit for atleast an hour before eating
