Within 1 hour of prepping this, cooking it, eating it, and cleaning up, we were finished!!! This was so easy and good to make. This picture doesn’t look as good as it tastes!! I was not in the mood to cook tonight but Sean said we couldn’t go out to eat because of Issac he missed a whole week of work. So I had to cook or we were going to starve! The chops had a gravy on them but in the picture it didn’t look very pretty so I opted to post it without. I made this with chicken and garlic rice a roni and corn!
Pork chops:
6 boneless pork chops
1 cup of bread crumbs
Milk
Tony’s
Gravy:
1 package of chicken gravy. I used Winn Dixie’s brand.
1 cup of water
Season chops with Tonys. Dip in milk. Cover in breadcrumbs.
In a sauté pan, add some olive oil. Cook chops on each side until done. It really only took 12 minutes at the very most for them to be done!
Don’t cook the gravy until you are litteraly putting the food on the table. My gravy got thick quick! Follow the instructions on the package.
How easy is that?!? the longest part was the rice a roni!!
