Garlic and Herb BBQ Chicken
1/2 bottle of Lawrys 30 minute marinade, garlic and herb
4 thigh and leg chicken pieces with the bone
Optional BBQ sauce
Defrost chicken. Make tons of lacerations in the meat with a knife. Marinade the chicken for about 5 hours or longer, the longer the better.
Head the pit. Grill chicken until done.
I ate mine without the BBQ sauce. Sean had his with it. It came out so good. Really moist!
