Homemade Caramel Marshmallow Popcorn
2 mini bags of buttered popcorn or 1 regular size bag, your going to want about 10 cups popped.
1/2 cup of butter (1 stick of butter)
1/2 cup of brown sugar
10 large size marshmallows
Pop your popcorn first and place in large bowl.
In microwave safe bowl, melt butter and brown sugar together for 2 minutes.
Immediately add marshmallows and whisk together. Keep on whisking. It’s going to seem like its not melting and you’ll be tempted to pop it in the microwave but don’t!!! I promise, it’ll melt and blend together.
Pour over popcorn and stir. Enjoy!
