One of my childhood favorites! I use to ask my grandpaw to make me these instead of getting Halloween candy!
2 cups of Italian breadcrumbs
1 1/4 cup of parmesean cheese
2 cans of artichoke hearts (26 ounces total)
7 tablespoons of olive oil
8 toes of garlic
Salt and pepper
Using a food processor, finely chop artichoke hearts.
Mix all ingredients in bowl.
Form into a ball. Roll in paremessan cheese
