Weight Watchers is tough. I made this recipe because it has very low points!! 2 points per serving (about 8 ounces of soup)
Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup
I totally forgot to take a picture before we ate it!!! But this looks just like how mine came out !
Chicken Noodle Soup
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium onion chopped
3 medium carrots
2 celery stalks chopped
5 cloves of garlic minced
8 cups of fat free low sodium chicken broth
1 1/2 pounds of boneless chicken cubed
3 bay leaves
1 teaspoon thyme
1 tablespoon Parsley
Salt and pepper to season.
8 ounces of egg noodles.
Add oil to pan. Sauté onion, celery, carrots, garlic, and chicken until cooked.
Add chicken broth, bay leaves, seasoning. Simmer 2 hours.
Add noodles, simmer 6 minutes. Remove from heat and serve.
